5 October 2000....

a memorable date to remember and will always be on my mind..on this day 5 yrs ago..2 individuals walked along the stones pavement of Bedok Reservoir..deciding what would be the direction of the friendship...Little did we know that the journey would be a long, bumpy and full of hardships.

5 years have gone by and we've grown up. From the playful boy and naive gal, both of us grew up to responsible and mature adults. Realising individual dreams and aspirations became the main priority in life which caused conflicts to the shared dreams and aspirations.

Along the road, we went thru a lot of bumps and crossed the hills, mountains, canals, creeks as well as rivers. We became stronger in our personality. Thus became hard-headed mostly, not wanting to give in to the other, especially me. I guess it came to a point of time that i was so used to having him giving in to me and doing things the way i wanted it to be.

Guess i screwed up big time. I could never forgive myself for all the wrongdoings i made throughout the 5 yrs esp the most major one that caused the final breakdown. However, the date would always be in my mind...5.10...significant to our lifes...my first climbing shoe was also 5.10 brand and that started the journey throughout this years....

Dear, you will always be a part of me. Even my family wants you to be a part of the family. My sis said that lil Amir gonna b a tough kid and she could see that hes gonna b playful. haha at tat moment, d only person tat came into my mind was u. I guess i need time to mature further and faced my mistakes. I'm so sorry for hurting you the way i did. Thanks for being a part of my life. Those 4 yrs of my life was the best i've ever had...never felt more love than i ever had...thanks dear..u will always b my dear... i will always love u..
