Friends will always make u laugh
Ive been spending Iftar at Raz's place a few times this wk. Love the company there cos it reminds me of home. Kenapa u guys arrive this semester n not those previous ones! Anyway, i think that my main motivation in going there was the kiddos. Mai reminds me of Fatin back then..my sweet little angel and M reminds me of my little prince, Amir..
Oh yes..and I have been baking. Laugh girls yes again..haha teringat zaman PRSS dulu..time Homec..those scones or something tat we all made became stones! Well apparently my skills are better now. haha. d last time I made cookies was raya i think 4 yrs ago. time my sis was stil working in bank n im stil in poly where we both had time. so tis wkend i relive my baking days with the help of faisal..we made some new invention n revamp some old recipe..i wanted to make my coco pops choc but i forgot to buy the coco pops so we made honey cornflakes which in the end we added choc chips to the mix n became choc cornflakes. haha blooper no.1...
Blooper no 2 came abt this evening. We tried making Almond London with revise list of hazelnuts instead..ended up too big. i din make them for so long. so i kinda forgot wat size it was suppose to be. furthermore, faisal help me shaped the balls..so u noe la guys...suruh buat kecik ended up making big ones. =P..so we dip half of them into chocs n sprinkle peanuts on them..faisal took pics..tmr i post them up k. So rizal picked me up jus now n send me back, Thx ridz..n he tested some of them..which he said was good. so i guess tat one can make again!...
Ummi! my choc chip din turn out the way it suppose to be. somehow i felt something was missing. i think i need more chips since i din use any nuts. nvm one of this days..im going over to bake again..ultimately both of us wanna make swiss roll. hah wonder how it wud turn out...
and so..lin's life downunder..has been domesticated..hah so not going to be one in my house anytime soon!
PS: anyway..wasup wid u pple..matchmaking me again..haha don u noe i have high standards? ahahah.... pls read the next entry again!
